Candice Gaddy is a CEO, Founder, Global Director, and Strategic Growth Connector with over 20 years of global corporate leadership experience across project management, process improvement, business development, and financial management. She holds a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership, is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Change Management specialist. Candice partners with leaders and organizations at critical inflection points—helping them gain clarity, align strategy, and connect to the relationships required for sustainable, intentional growth.

Candice began her career at Dun & Bradstreet, where she rose to become the #1 Executive Consultant nationally in both sales and account management consulting. Her success was driven by her ability to quickly assess complex situations, deliver actionable solutions, and build trusted, collaborative relationships—while also mentoring and developing others within the organization.

After earning her degree in Finance, Candice joined Procter & Gamble (P&G) as a Manager, spending nearly a decade leading cross-functional global teams across multiple billion-dollar brands. Her work included aligning enterprise strategy, leading short- and long-term budgeting, managing global teams, and ensuring customer-focused execution—earning rapid promotions and expanded responsibilities.

Candice later joined Chiquita Brands International as Senior Manager of Process Improvement, where she led transformational change between Finance and IT and created a Global Portfolio Management process to support enterprise-level decision-making. She also served as Director of Global Finance Credit & Collections, delivering record-low DSO and improved working capital through disciplined process improvement and strong leadership.

Following Chiquita’s acquisition, Candice transitioned to Sealed Air Corporation as Global Credit Risk & Transition Director, where she built global processes and policies for $7B+ in credit risk mitigation and led complex shared-services transitions—aligning leadership, execution, and outcomes across regions and functions.

After surviving a post-partum stroke and brain hemorrhage, and now operating daily with an epilepsy diagnosis, Candice experienced a profound shift in how she leads and lives. These life-altering events deepened her passion to serve others with intention, faith, and resilience. Rather than slowing her down, they strengthened her resolve to choose overcoming, live intentionally, and help others strategically grow—both personally and professionally.

Candice founded the nonprofit I Believe Organization, focused on maternal crisis awareness, healing, and believing for miracles. She is also the author of Healing Stitches and the voice behind a YouTube channel that encourages others to live with hope, perseverance, and faith.

Today, Candice partners with growth-minded founders, executives, and leadership teams—from mid-market organizations to global enterprises—who are navigating complexity, transformation, or scale.
